The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The court below found the defendant guilty of the facts charged in this case even though the summary of the grounds for appeal did not violate the signal, and there is an error of law by misunderstanding the facts and affecting the conclusion of the judgment.

2. Determination

A. A. Around March 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 22:16 March 5, 2019, while driving a B taxi in front of the route 4, the Defendant was stopped for the signal atmosphere in the above route while the route 3 from the bank to the discharge route 5 to the discharge route.

Pedestrians, drivers of motor vehicles, riders of horses, or riders of trams passing along roads shall follow signals and instructions conveyed and given by traffic safety facilities, and signals and directions given by police officers and police assistants controlling traffic.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the signal indicating traffic safety facilities.

B.
