The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in a SP area B.

Drivers of motor vehicles and riders of horses passing along roads shall observe signals and directions conveyed by traffic safety facilities.

Nevertheless, on March 5, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on March 16:23, 2015, while proceeding in the direction of the shooting distance in front of the 433 Madro-ro, Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, the Defendant failed to follow the signal displayed by the traffic safety facilities by driving the front signal in violation of the red signal while the front signal at the time was red.
