1. The defendant shall display the annexed drawings in the area adjacent to the large area of Daegu-si, Daegu-ro 161 (Tappro 1A) on the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 1, 2009, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a contract for specialized store operation with respect to the area of 50.4 square meters (hereinafter “instant store”) as indicated in the main text of paragraph (1) on August 1, 2009, and renewed the contract on January 13, 2014 (hereinafter “instant contract”). The main contents are as follows.

[1] (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to promote profit increase and to clarify the contractual relationship between A and B in accordance with the business system of Party A (referring to the Plaintiff; hereinafter the same shall apply) and the general business rules and this Agreement, in operating stores which provide convenience and high-quality services to the customers using railroads in compliance with the business system of Party B (referring to the Defendant; hereinafter the same shall apply).

[Article 3] (Definition of Terms) (5) General cost: Cost of goods, personnel expenses, direct expenses (electric charge, water supply and drainage charge, heating and cooling expenses, gas table, telecommunications expenses, repair expenses, operating equipment expenses, card fees, etc.) necessary for the operation of the sales floor of Eul.

[Article 22] (Contract Period) The POS system is the software and hardware that helps people collect and process all sales information of POS in real time, thereby comprehensively analyzing and evaluating information for each sector. (3) The POS system is the POS system.

In the management of actual sales, an amount equivalent to 90% of the estimated monthly sales presented in the business proposal shall be determined as "minimum monthly sales".

The monthly minimum sales amount: 30,000 won (including value-added tax) : B shall deposit the sales amount into the account of the trading financial institution designated at the relevant headquarters (branch) of A or at the relevant headquarters (branch) of A during the following day, and the daily sales amount shall be the last day of each month.
