1. The court's explanation of this case is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the following cases, and thus, this case is quoted in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

The two pages of the judgment of the first instance court shall be changed to the "Yanju District Court Yancheon".

Paragraph (1) of Paragraph (3) of the first instance judgment shall be deleted.

On the 2nd judgment of the first instance court, "D." is changed to "C.", and "A. B is the female of C, the husband of B,")" to "A. B, the female of C, the husband of the first instance court," respectively.
