A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 4, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment for occupational embezzlement at the Suwon District Court on November 4, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on August 10, 201.
1. Larceny;
A.
