A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. As the Defendant was in need of living expenses, he returned to the D University lecture room, the reading room of the library located in the astronomical Park, etc. in his school, and had a mind to steals property with people’s jobs.
At around 10:25 on February 28, 2013, the Defendant stolen goods worth KRW 5,424,000, total market price from around 17 times in total, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes, from around 2013 to April 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the first reading room of the Yandong Library of the Yandong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul; (b) had a cellphone 4 mobile phone; (c) had two charging machines; and (d) had two charging machines; and (d) had a total of KRW 800,00,000, total market price of which was 17 times, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes.
2. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;
A. At around 08:00 on March 5, 2013, the Defendant opened an entrance that was not set up in the residence of the victim G from the 16,00 won of the market price owned by the victim, i.e., the victim, at the time of 0,000 won, and then stolen the victim with the object equivalent to the total market price of KRW 750,000,000, including one gate, one 600,000, and one observer mobile phone, one 10,000,000, market price of cultural products equivalent to KRW 10,000,000, market price of KRW 24,000.
B. Around 08:00 on March 20, 2013, the Defendant opened a hudio 105, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Hacheon-gu and the victim J, and intruded into the hudio, the Defendant: (a) one bank equivalent to the amount of KRW 78,000, the market price of the victim I owned by the victims or the shower; (b) one wall equivalent to the amount of KRW 50,00,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 100,000,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 31,00,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 100,000,000; and (c) one cosmetic, physical card, student card, student card, student card, and other documents owned by the J; and (d) the documents equivalent to the 100,00,00,00.
