A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 25, 2008, the Defendant was subject to juvenile protective disposition by the government prosecutor's office of the Special Metropolitan City on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, from the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office on December 12, 2008, from the same prosecutor's office on December 18, 2008, from the same prosecutor's office on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and on May 26, 2010, from the Gwangju District Court on September 3, 2010, the above suspended sentence was revoked on September 3, 201. On March 30, 201, the above court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for larceny and completed the execution of the sentence on November 21, 201.
The Defendant habitually stolen the victims' articles at least seven times as follows.
1. On February 17, 2013, around 17:15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime, and around February 17, 2013, in the “EPC bank” in the “EPC bank operated by the victim D” located in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) stolen a copy of KRW 10,00,00, which is the victim’s possession in the safe.
2. On March 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime at around 02:0 on March 5, 2013, at the same place as the preceding paragraph at around 02:0, the Defendant: (b) destroyed the gap in the victim G G, a part of which he was a part of the computer game, with one wall having KRW 40,00,000, a cash owned by the victim.
3. On March 10, 2013, at around 04:19, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around March 10, 2013, the victim I laid down one 200,000 won in cash, and one gate containing one driver’s license, within the extension of the victim who was suffering from the victim’s will; and (b) around March 11, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime, around 16:35, 2013, from the “SPC bank in the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on March 10, 2013, the victim K, a seat of 40 seated seated at the victim’s seat at the seat of the 69 seat; and (c) the victim’s resident registration certificate, 130,000 won in cash and 10,000 won in the victim’s body on the part of this case, and 130,000 won in market price.
