Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, as foreigners of the nationality of Malaysia, were promised to receive a certain fee if the Defendants purchased high-priced handbags and visibilitys at foreign duty-free shops, such as Korea, using the forged credit card in the names of the Defendants from the persons with no personal knowledge in the name of the Defendants in the Malaysia, and brought them into the Malaysia.

1. Defendant A

A. On August 17, 2014, around 10:22, the Defendant: (a) purchased 272 Incheon International Airport Passenger Terminal’s 3rd floor in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon. At the victim’s lot duty-free shop, the Defendant: (b) had the employees of the victim make payment of the said amount of 4 U.S. dollars (76,072 Won), 74 U.S. dollars (limited to KRW 76,072) owned by the victim; and (c) had the employees of the victim make payment of the said amount of 15 U.S. dollars, 35 U.S. dollars (limited to KRW 75,572) by having the employees of the victim make the payment of 3 U.S. dollars, 50 U.S. dollars (limited to KRW 76,072) under the Defendant’s name; and (d) had the employees of the said passenger terminal, 12:16, 250 U.S. dollars, 350. dollars.

3) On the same day, at around 13:14, the Defendant purchased the above victim’s duty-free shop, and presented one copy of the above Ameras credit card (E) forged in the Defendant’s name as if he were a credit card normally issued to the employee of the victim, and had the said employee settle the payment, thereby having the said employee deliver 19 U.S. dollars ($ 19,533 of the above tobacco in the amount equivalent to KRW 19,533 of the Chinese currency) owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant uses forged credit cards for three times.
