A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with a national of Malaysia, and a person who has forged a false name in the name of Malaysia, proposed a credit card forged in the name of the Defendant in the Malaysia to purchase goods designated by the winners of the name in the duty-free shop, etc. by presenting the credit card forged by entering the Republic of Korea as a means of settlement as if the person was actually issued a genuine credit card.

Defendant,

1. On January 19, 2014, at Malaysia, acquiring a forged credit card for the purpose of using a total of seven credit cards with a single credit card as indicated in the attached list of crimes, including one copy (C) in the Amerculate column, in which information on another person’s credit is recorded in the name of the defendant from the person who was unaware of the name of the defendant, as stated in the list of crimes;

2. On January 23, 2014, around 13:43, the Jung-gu Incheon International Airport Passenger Terminal 272, the market price of which is 670,400 won or more from the third floor B project zone of Incheon International Airport Passenger Terminal 272, to Malaysia, purchased one electronic air ticket, and signed one credit card sales slip by presenting it to D, who is an employee of the Korea Aviation Corporation of the victim, as if the credit card was a genuine receipt of one credit card under the name of the defendant who was a forged by the above non-known name, and signed one electronic air ticket;

3. On January 23, 2014, around 15:08, the Plaintiff purchased one room for male use of USD 2,610 (limited to KRW 2,816,973) at the market price at the New International Airport Round shop in Incheon International Airport Round, and offered to E, who is an employee of the victim New Airport Dob, and signed a credit card sales slip and issued a separate one of them, as the credit card was duly issued with 1 copy of the above Ameras Kameras Credit Card (C) at the same time.
