A and Defendant B, as Turkey, are the Turkeys, have become aware of each other, and they have gathered to acquire the goods by using forged credit cards together with Turkey D.

1. Joint criminal conduct between the Defendants and D

A. At around 15:09 on January 25, 2013, the Defendants: (a) carried out a general foreigner-only store with no intent or ability to pay the price of goods at the 429 Hyundai department stores, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) purchased goods equivalent to KRW 3,130,000 in total, such as 64GB black, 130,000, 1330,000; (c) presented the card that was normally issued with the card number E to both employees; and (d) presented the card that was normally issued with the card number E; and (e) had the said employees pay the purchase price of the said goods on the account of Samsung Card Co.,, Ltd., a domestic purchaser of the said credit card; (e) obtained the above goods from the said employees and acquired them through the said credit card to January 23, 2013; and (e) acquired the aforementioned goods and acquired them through deception or false-17, 2014,75.

B. On January 23, 2013, the Defendants: (a) purchased electronic equipment of an amount equivalent to KRW 4,779,000 from a general foreigner-only store in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the third floor Adong Group G store; and (b) presented it to the employees by both the card number H that was normally issued with the card number H; and (c) had the said employees receive the above goods by paying the purchase price of the said electronic equipment using the said credit card on the account of the victim Samsung Card Co., Ltd., a domestic purchaser of the said credit card, but did not obtain the card; (d) the Defendants did not use the forged credit card.
