Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2008, the defendant of "2016 Highest 5424" was punished by imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Trademark Act by the Incheon District Court on September 25, 2008, and the same criminal records are two times more than those sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years.

B. Around July 25, 2009, the Defendant conspiredd with D on July 24, 2009 with D, and entered 30 boxes containing the goods listed in the [Attachment Table II] of the current market price of KRW 9,373,00,00, such as forged waste bags, etc., into the above Incheon port, and entered the Republic of Korea under the name of F along with the normal imported goods, and entered the Republic of Korea into the Fel bonded warehouse.

Around July 25, 2009, the Defendant conspired with D and around July 25, 2009 at a market price of KRW 9,373,00.
