Defendant

A is a person who engages in the clothes sales business in the Madong-si in China. Defendant B, who resides in the Gyeonggi-si in the Gyeonggi-si and engages in the Internet homepage production management business, in collusion with the Chinese national shipbuilding satisfactionF and G, and the Korean national human distress boxes, manufactured approximately 1,000 credit card plates of the same type as the credit card used in the Republic of Korea (the plastic card of the same type as the real credit card which is not entered only but also the credit information; hereinafter referred to as the "private card"), carried in in the Republic of Korea, carried in the same form as the credit card card used in the Republic of Korea, and then manufactured the credit card issued by the domestic credit card company with the credit information in which the credit information actually usable in the Republic of Korea, and planned to divide the profits from the purchase and exchange of the goods abroad, such as Japan, and the Defendant B made the public card in China, and the Defendant B would play the role of making the credit card using the credit card reproduction by using the credit card apparatus in Korea.

Accordingly, around August 2014, Defendant A: (a) gathered Defendant B’s charge of fabrication of the credit card; (b) interfered with G and F, and introduced Defendant B; (c) completed the preparation to forge the credit card by purchasing a copy of the credit card via the Internet on September 10, 2014; (d) around October 2014, Defendant B manufactured Chapter 945 of “Private Card” in the same form as the credit card of 00 credit card company in the Republic of Korea, which is similar to the credit card of 00 credit card company in the same manner as the credit card of 00 credit card company in the Republic of Korea, in an irregular manner, from around October 2014 to H located in the Republic of Korea, with an international cargo of 2014; and (c) transported the credit card to F entering the Republic of Korea around such time; and (c) around March 16, 2014:
