1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of the lawsuit, including the part resulting from the supplementary participation, are all assessed against the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is an educational foundation that establishes and operates the C University, and the Intervenor is appointed as a leisure sports or assistant professor on March 1, 2013.

B. C University’s recruitment of pure research tasks in 2014 and the Intervenor’s pure research tasks applied for 1 C University’s pure research tasks were recruited on March 10, 2014 with a view to promoting the smooth research activities of teachers as follows:

1. Business name: Public offering for pure research tasks;

3. Period of research: From May 1, 2014 to November 31, 2014 (seven months);

4. Support amount for research expenses: 2,000,000 won/per subject.

6. Guidance matters at the time of proceeding the research tasks.

(a) Modification of the research plan: Application for modification of the research project (research period, research contents, research subjects, research personnel, etc.);

(b) Support for research expenses: A lump sum payment for the research expenses of two million won after the conclusion of a contract to the responsible research institute after withholding the total research expenses (which need not be verified due to the execution of research expenses);

C. Within six months (No. 31, 2014, May 31, 2015), the Intervenor filed an application for pure research tasks with “D” on April 24, 2014 as the subject; the Intervenor’s person in charge of research, E, and F as a joint researcher; the researcher is responsible for research design, research feasibility evaluation, discussion, and conclusion; and the joint researcher is responsible for literature research, actual research (subject of research), discussion, and proposal (subject of research); and the joint researcher is responsible for the pure research tasks (hereinafter “the pure research tasks in this case”).

(3) On the other hand, on May 20, 2015, the Intervenor received KRW 2 million as research expenses on April 25, 2014. On the other hand, the Intervenor sent a thesis of “I” to H, a director of the Gschool conference, by e-mail and submitted a thesis publication scheduled certificate by the 27th day of the same month.

4) On May 21, 2015, H’s thesis written by the Intervenor, E, and F by e-mail to the intervenors on May 21, 2015 is to be published in the schedule of publication of the G Academy Nos. 10 subparag. 3 ( August 31, 2015).
