The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2014, after the death of the deceased C, the Defendant had a passbook with which he had withdrawn money with the direction of the attached net C, and had been aware of the password of the cash card to draw up a monetary check and withdraw money without the consent of other heirs.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On April 30, 2014, the Defendant, at the seat of the Daegu Nowon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Community Treasury, located in 3 Nowon-gu, Daegu Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, indicated “D” in the account number column, “W,00,000 won” in the face amount column, and “C” in the deposit note, and marked the net C’s seal kept in advance on the name next to the name of the deceased C.

B. On May 9, 2014, the Defendant, at the location of the Si of the Daegu-gu Saemaul Depository, written in the account number column “D”, “Gu 000 won”, and “C” in the deposit account book, with the black-type pen, and marked the net C’s seal previously kept in front of the deceased C’s name.

C. On May 9, 2014, the Defendant, at the office of Nowon-gu, Daegu, Nowon-gu, entered in the account number column “E”, the amount column into the bank account book with a tampial pen, and marked “C” in the bank account book, and affixed the net C’s seal prior to being kept in the name next to the net C’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged three copies of the withdrawn monetary statement in the name of the deceased C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. On April 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) held a false monetary check with a bank employee who is aware of such forgery at the market location of the Daegu Daegu Saemaul Depository; (b) as if it were a document that was duly formed.

B. On May 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was a document that duly formed a forged monetary check with a bank employee who is aware of such forgery at the market location of the Daegu-gu Saemaul Savings Depository.
