A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2013, the Defendant acquired two passbooks, passwords, and C’s seals in an unreshion manner, where the deposit amounting to approximately KRW 230 million was deposited.

1. Forgery and uttering of private documents;

A. On April 8, 2013, the Defendant forged a written request for the payment of deposits from the Tong Young-gu Fisheries Cooperatives and exercised the funeral ceremony for the Deceased on April 10:18, 201, and issued a written request for the payment of deposits to G, who is an employee of the Tong Young-gu Fisheries Cooperatives working at the head office of Dong Young-dong (hereinafter “Y Young-gu Fisheries Cooperatives”) in each column of the account number column in Chapter III of the written request for the payment of deposits kept there, “D”, “50,000,000” in each column, “C”, “C” in each column of bank name, “E”, “F” in each column of bank name to be transferred, and “F” in each column of bank name to be transferred, respectively, affixed the deceased’s seal affixed to each account under the name of each of the above C, and then delivered it to G who is an employee of the Tong Young-gu Fisheries Cooperatives working at that place.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged three copies of the request for deposit payment in the name of the deceased C, which is a private document on rights and obligations without authority, and exercised them individually.

B. On April 8, 2013, the Defendant forged a written request for the payment of deposits from the NAFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF and the Defendant exercised the event, at around 1:20 on April 11:20, 201, the title “H”, “5,043 won”, “C” and “I” and “I” and “I” and “I” and “I” and “I” and “I” and “I” and “I” in the account number column in the bank name column in the bank account number column in another request for the payment of deposits, “H”, “28,675,211”, “C” in the name column, “C” and “the bank account number in the name of the transferring company,” and “C” in the account number column in the column in Chapter 1.
