1. Crimes committed on February 2013;

A. Around 09:00 on February 25, 2013, the Defendant entered the room where the victim used to steal the property from the victim E, while the victim E was in his/her house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and intruded into the room of the female.

B. From February 25, 2013, around 09:00 on February 25, 2013, the Defendant infringed on the E’s house, as set forth in paragraph (1) of Article 1, and went to and stolen with three passbooks in the name of the victim F, which were kept in his/her sexual harassment (CF Account No. G).

C. At around 11:30 on February 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had the intent to withdraw a deposit using a stolen agricultural cooperative passbook, as set forth in paragraph (1) b, from the Seogwon Agricultural Cooperative in Seogsan-si, Seosan-si; and (b) had the tamper carried the deposit amount in the account number column “G,” “F,00,000 won,” “13 February 25,” “F,” and “F” on the date of preparation; and (b) had the tamper’s name attached to the deposit account column. At around 11:30 on February 27, 2013, the Defendant continued to affix the tamper’s name at will to the name “G,00,000 won,” and then had the tamper’s name “F,13 years,000 won,” and then had the tamper’s name at his name “the deposit column at will”.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged two copies of a request for deposit in the name of victim F, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

At around 11:30 on February 25, 2013, the Defendant used the forged request for deposit to H, an agricultural cooperative employee, who is aware of the forgery from the NAFFFFFFFFFFF, and at around 27:11:30 on February 25, 2013, the Defendant used the forged request for deposit to I, an agricultural cooperative employee, who is aware of the forgery at the same place, as in paragraph 1(c), respectively.

E. The Defendant was the defrauded on February 25, 2013, and around 11:30.
