A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant, who was in a bad relationship with the husband C (the 60-year-old-old-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old
1. Damage to property;
A. On March 23, 2015, around 17:40 on March 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged the Fcopim discharge (de, e.g., e., h., h., h., h., h.) to the repair cost of 232,120 won, which was parked in the street at the front parking lot of 109 U.S.A. E building 109.
B. At around 20:40 on March 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged the front and rear side of the car, 602,080 won, which was parked in a separate collection of apartments for the same reason at the same parking lot as the above paragraph (a).
2. Intimidation;
A. At around 07:00 on April 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim by walking a phone to the victim for the foregoing reason, stating, “I wish to go away from the family at the time of marriage of his/her father.”
B. Around 08:00 on April 2015, the Defendant threatened the victim by walking a phone to the victim for the foregoing reasons, stating that “inwards will kill the victim’s family members with a lane.”
C. Around 08:00 on April 2015, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim with the victim, saying, “I would not come to and go to the Republic of Korea if I would go to go to the Republic of Korea; and (b) I would scar in the event of death.”
