Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B are women.

2. 피고인은 2018. 6. 27. 17:32경 위와 같은 장소에서, 피해자가 피고인을 고소하였다는 이유로 화가 나 115회에 걸쳐 피해자에게 휴대폰으로 전화를 걸었으나 피해자가 전화를 받지 않자 피해자의 휴대폰에 “내가 시집으로 찾아갈거다 독한년아, 너 가르쳐서 엄마 고소하라고 가르쳤냐”라고 문자메시지를 발송하여 마치 피해자의 시댁에 찾아가 행패를 부릴 듯한 태도를 보여 피해자를 협박하였다.
