Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No one shall arrange, solicit, induce, or compel sexual intercourse or other similar sexual intercourse in return for giving or receiving money, valuables, or other property benefits from unspecified persons, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Arranging sexual intercourse (or arranging sexual intercourse, etc.) shall be prohibited;
Nevertheless, on July 30, 2017, when the Defendants conspired to commit sexual traffic and came to know that the Defendant had sexual intercourse with “F” in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by means of mobile phone-type display (hereinafter “F”), and that the G had experience in engaging in sexual traffic in the past and was going out of the past, the Defendants would not be obliged to engage in sexual traffic and to collect money from G.
Whether there is an idea that only the Korean conditions will remain.
“At the time of the solicitation of commercial sex acts, G, from around that time to August 1, 2017, recruited unspecified men who wish to purchase their sex using the mobile phone-rating peting i “I” while entering the Defendant B’s SM3 passenger car (H) from around that time to around August 1, 2017, and arrange to engage in commercial sex acts once a day average of 3,40,000 won, by allowing G to engage in commercial sex acts with men whose names are unknown after receiving 1,30,000 won per time at the new-dong Modong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and allowing G to engage in commercial sex acts with those whose names are unknown.
As a result, Defendants conspired to act as commercial sex acts such as brokerage.
2. No person who violates the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (or brokerage, etc.) shall arrange any act of buying sex of a child or youth or provide information on good offices in an information and communications network;
Nevertheless, in order to arrange sexual traffic around 04:00 on August 2, 2017, the Defendant stated this part of the instant indictment as “M” but is called “I”.
