Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] Defendant A was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, etc. at the Ulsan District Court on September 8, 2009; Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Administration and Treatment of Correctional Institution Inmates Act in the Daegu District Court’s support on September 27, 2013; and the execution of the above sentence was completed in the third intersection of the North Korean Branch on December 6, 2016.

1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant A was arrested by a warrant of arrest on July 13, 2018 at around 20:59 on July 13, 2018, and thereafter, on July 15, 2018, at the Ulsan District Prosecutors’ Office for the purpose of executing a warrant of detention issued to Defendant A on the same day on the street adjacent to G oriental medical hospitals located in Ulsan-gu F, Ulsan District Prosecutors’ Office for the same day.
