Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and B’s joint crime committed the following acts: (a) recruited women engaging in commercial sex acts at entertainment stations; and (b) sought gender purchases by using mobile phone display lines; (c) arranged commercial sex acts; and (d) decided on April 201 to prepare the office in Gangnam-gu Seoul I 201 and arrange commercial sex acts by preparing mobile phones to be used for arranging commercial sex acts; and (c) arrange commercial sex acts by preparing a mobile phone to be used for arranging commercial sex acts.
(a) No person who violates the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse shall arrange the purchase of sex by children or juveniles or provide brokerage information in an information and communications network as a business;
From Apr. 2016 to May 2, 2016, the Defendants found a man engaging in sexual traffic by using a mobile phone display of “J” at the office prepared as above, and had the man engaged in sexual traffic go to K (V, 15 years old), who is a juvenile, take a place as a promise place, and received 20,000 won from the 180,000 won to the 200,000 won from the nearby telecom.
After that, the Defendants received 10,000 won from the above K in return for sexual traffic, and the rest of the Defendants were divided.
In such a way, the Defendants conspired to act as a broker for juvenile sex trafficking during the above period.
(b) No person shall arrange sexual traffic for business purposes, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts;
Nevertheless, the Defendants found a man engaging in sexual traffic by using a cell phone fluencing application of “J” at the office established as above from the early April 2016 to May 2, 2016, and find out a man who conducts sexual traffic, and if a man engaged in sexual traffic is determined, he/she is a place to promise to C and L (name) who is a woman engaged in sexual traffic.
