Punishment of the crime

[2014 Height214-1] Defendant A and his former type of K (former name: L before opening) are residents escaping from North Korea, and both are not persons handling narcotics.

1. On December 26, 2013, Defendant A: (a) obtained a proposal from K in China to carry and sell psychotropic drugs (hereinafter referred to as “cloudphone”) into the Republic of Korea through the text message of “Kakaokaox”; and (b) purchased KRW 1,90,000 as the purchase price of cloudphone from the Nonghyup Bank in the name of M (Account Number:N) designated by K in the Nong Bank in 2013, Dec. 28, 2013; and (c) around that time, K purchased the cloudphone in the name of M (Account Number:N) with the purchase price of 1,990,000 won from a local non-resident in China and the sum of 1,990,000 won and clouded money from Defendant A, thereby purchasing the cloudon with the purchase price of 30,000,000 passengers on board in Incheon, 201.

Accordingly, Defendant A imported philophones in collusion with K.

2. On February 2014, Defendant A received approximately one gram from K among the clophones sealed as described in the above Paragraph 1, Defendant A advertised the sale of clophones through the hold of “O”, which is mainly used by North Korean defectors, among the Internet sites used by North Korean defectors. On February 15:00, Defendant A sold clophones in front of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, a Slogram 15:00, around the 20th half of the 30th half of the clophones, which contained about 0.05 g of the clophonephones on the above Internet site, and sold about 800,000 plasticphones (total 0.2gg of the clophones), which contained about the 0th half of the 30th half of the 5th half of the 30th half of the clograms used on the above Internet site.
