A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The seized philopon 0.48g (Evidence No. 1) and one philopon medication (Evidence. 1).

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant, “2017 Highest 2751,” was not a person dealing with narcotics, the Defendant treated Metepha (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) as follows.

1. At around 02:30 on June 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) searched the word “A” on the Internet website near Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with the word “C” (referring to the word “C”; (b) decided to purchase KRW 1g of 1 700,000 on the pen phone from the seller of the non-personal phone in the form of a “tamper” method; and (c) purchased 14 bit bit bit bitcoon from the E convenience store in the vicinity of the above name and “D”; (d) purchased 14 bit bit bit bit bitcoon from the E-mail store in the vicinity of the Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to send it to the other party by photographing it with a photograph; and (d) purchased 170,000 g of bit gate in the form of a non-legal stampon in the middle of the building located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, a 03:30 bit.

2. At around 06:00 on June 16, 2017, the Defendant administered phiphones by means of inserting approximately 0.2g glass pipes among phiphones purchased, such as the foregoing paragraph 1, in the Defendant’s Fenz car stopped in the vicinity of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and inserting approximately 0.2g of phiphones purchased, and inserting them a smoke generated by heating buphones.

In addition, from that time until June 20, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones on a total of six occasions by means of smoke inhaled or blood transfusion, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

3. On June 21, 2017, around 01:15, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 0.48g of the philopon purchased at the front of Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu Seoul on the road in the instant benz car operated by the Defendant.

1. Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he/she shall be in a non-permanent place on March 2017.
