Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment for four years, and imprisonment for one year and six months, respectively.
From each of the Defendants, KRW 400,500 is KRW 1,500.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants were unable to import and administer psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related mephones (hereinafter referred to as “coponphones”) and smoke or handle the hemps as follows, notwithstanding the fact that the Defendants were unable to handle them, such as smoking.
1. Defendant A
A. At around 12:00 on June 1, 2012, the Defendant received approximately 5.59g gramphonephones, which were included in five plastic paper from female employees (one 'J', female, 26 years old) of the main point "H hotel 610 in Thailand Bock and neighboring "I" (one 'J', 'W', 'W', 26 years old) in five plastic paper.
Since June 1, 2012, at around 23:45, the Defendant: (a) was on board the aircraft of Korea (K654) after having concealed philophones containing five plastic paper in the inner part of the Defendant’s panty cock in Thailand; and (b) was on board the aircraft of Korea (K654).
6.2. Around 07:00, in the manner of arrival at the Incheon National Port in Jung-gu Incheon National Port, Jung-gu, Incheon, approximately 5.59 g of phiphonephones.
B. On December 201, 201, the Defendant 1: (a) Habon medication 1, the Defendant: (b) Habon hotel in Thailand (“H”); and (c) Habon’s name in the main place of “I” located in Thailand; (b) Rove method in which a female employee was absent from the name of the female employee (a half of the water, sealed a glass bottle, sticking two pipes on the sealed part so that one of them can be locked into the water; and (c) putting a rophone into the body in which a glass pipe was tightly prepared for one of the water locked pipes; (d) Habon, the smoke that was caused by the rophone, which was stored in the glass pipe, passed through the water of the glass pipe through the said pipe; and (d) 21, 30,000 neighboring employees of the hotel; and (e) Habon’s name in the middle of 21,201.
