A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 1394" accused is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On April 2019, the Defendant: (a) transferred the price of one million won to the seller C, a psychotropic drug, which was known through the Internet B’s Mesns Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes Mes

2. On April 2019, the Defendant administered philophones by means of dilution of approximately 0.05g philophones among the philophones purchased, into arms using a single-use injection device, from among the philophones purchased, in which the Defendant injected the philophones into arms.

3. On May 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 16:20 on May 1, 2019, the Defendant: (b) carried a penphone with approximately KRW 2.29g of the neckphones purchased as above divided into two of a disposable vinyl paper; and (c) carried a penphone.

"2019 Highest 1580" accused is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On June 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased psychotropic drugs from F in the vicinity of the road located in the Jung-gu, Young-gu, Gyeonggi-gu; (b) intended to purchase psychotropic drugs from F; and (c) remitted 1.1 million won to the leakage of the F designated by F or G name bank account; and (d) purchased approximately 3g of opphones and purchased opphones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. At the time and place set forth in the above 1.1., the Defendant administered phiphonephones by means of dilutioning the volume of 0.05g phiphones into the water, and then injection into the arms using a disposable injection device.

B. At around 20:00 on June 21, 2019, the Defendant is in the vicinity of the branch of the Gyeonggi-si in which the Defendant’s residence was located.
