A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than three months and by imprisonment for not less than six months for a crime set forth in the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. by the Ulsan District Court on June 2, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 2, 2016.

1. On September 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered the F Pops in front of “D” located in Jung-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City on September 30, 2016; (b) opened a door to a driver’s seat not corrected for the said cargo vehicle; and (c) opened a door to the back of the driver’s seat; and (d) carried 100,000 won in cash owned by the victim within the bank located on the back of the driver’s seat.

2. On October 15, 2016, at around 08:50, the Defendant: (a) opened and entered the top door of the victim H H’s I Poter truck parkeded in the middle-gu G, Ulsan-gu; and (b) did not commit an attempted act while the Defendant was trying to possess approximately KRW 40,000,00 of the market price owned by the victim following the said cargo driver’s seat and attempted to possess approximately 40,000,000 won.

3. On December 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat, the victim K, who was parked in the front of the JJ in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) opened a 40,000 won in cash owned by the victim, who was in a drinking water tank inside the said taxi; and (c) opened a 40,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

4. On March 1, 2017, between around 23:00 and around 01:00 on March 2, 2017, the Defendant discovered the victim N’s UP car parked in Ulsan-gu M, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, and opened an unrecepted driver’s seat and entered the said car, and take up KRW 70,000,000 in cash, which is the victim’s possession, at the bank below the chief lighting.

5. On March 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the said car and carried 270,000 won in cash owned by the victim-owned P, which was parked in front of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. P., without correcting the sports car; and (b) opened the said car by using the cre in the victim’s place.

6. On March 23, 2017, the Defendant is the victim S. who was parked there in front of the Ulsan-gu R on March 23, 2017.
