【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On February 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in August, 2017 by the Ulsan District Court to the punishment of larceny, the attempted larceny of nighttime building intrusion, the attempted larceny, the crime of larceny, and the crime of embezzlement. The judgment became final and conclusive on February 22, 2017, and is currently in the grace period.

【Crimes】

1. Larceny;

A. On February 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat, which was parked at the Cheongho-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, 13-lane 7, in the Cheongho-dong parking lot; (b) opened a car owned by the victim C, which was parked at that parking; and (c) cut off one female class of 200,000 won at the market price owned by the victim in the said car.

B. On April 5, 2017, around 06:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat, which was parked in the Dongcheon-gu, Ulsan-dong, 673, a Dongcheon-gu, Seoul-dong; and (b) stolen the Defendant’s 20,000 won for male use of the amount of KRW 250,00 in the market price, which was located adjacent to the said car, at the Dongcheon-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-dong, and 673, the Defendant: (a) removed the Plaintiff’s car-related car located in that area; and (b) cut off the Plaintiff’s 20,000 won for male use of the amount of KRW 250,00 in the market price.

On April 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering door on the part of the victim G, which was parked in the YHHH car located in the Dong-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; and (b) cut off one, cash 270,000 won, Onnuri gift certificates 10,00 won, five credit cards, one driver’s license, and one resident registration certificate.

On April 9, 2017, the Defendant, in front of his agency located in Ulsan-gu I, Ulsan-gu, U.S. on April 03:50, 201, opened a door to a driver’s seat which was parked in the vehicle, and brought about KRW 1,00,000, in cash owned by the victim in the container gate.
