Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for larceny at the Daegu District Court, five months of imprisonment for larceny at the Jung-gu District Court on September 15, 2014, and eight months of imprisonment for larceny at the Busan District Court on March 23, 2018, and completed the execution of the final sentence on October 7, 2018.

2. On March 20, 2019, around 16:52, the Defendant opened a door that was parked at the E-Mel parking lot of Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and opened a door that was parked therein, one of the victim G-owned market prices of KRW 120,000,000.

3. On April 19, 2019, around 18:15, 2019, the Defendant opened a string door of the I Lastop car parking lot at Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, which was parked therein, and went out to take out the 3,000 wonto the extent of the victim J’s KRW 3,00.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, and again stolen the victims' property three times in total during the repeated crime period.

On May 4, 2019, around 01:00, the Defendant opened a string door of the OSM5 vehicle parked at the front parking lot of Kimcheon-si Kimcheon-si, and opened a string door of the OSM5 vehicle parked therein, and carried out the 10,000 won total of the victim P owned by the World Cup and grbbbbbbbbb stuff.
