A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

On March 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 100,00 from D to a company bank account in the name of the Defendant at a stroke-type price; and (b) sold psychotropic drugs at the F convenience store located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, via convenience stores via convenience stores, around March 10, 2016.

On March 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 60,000 from G to a company bank account in the name of the Defendant at stroke-mm from March 17, 2016; and (b) sold psychotropic drugs at F convenience stores located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, via convenience stores via convenience stores, around March 17, 2016.

3. On March 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 100,000 from H to the corporate bank account in the name of the Defendant at a stroke-mm from H on March 24, 2016; and (b) sold psychotropic drugs at the J post office located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, by sending approximately five percent of the stroke-m to H via post offices.
