Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 5, 2012, at around 15:20, the Defendant: (a) provided, within the Defendant’s marina car parked on the road located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City, a free notice of about 10 psychotropic drug ingredients, to E, who was aware of while living together in a prison at the Net Prison, around 2003.

2. On August 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a request from E to request for the delivery of Mestopphones (one-name “philopon”; hereinafter “philopon”); (b) transferred KRW 900,000 to F, known to, and known to, that he/she sent KRW 80,000 to E; and (c) requested the Defendant to send Mesopons to, E.

On August 6, 2012, F sent one disposable injection machine to the Ulsan High Speed bus terminal using express bus cargo, and E found the above injection machine at the Ulsan High Speed bus terminal located in Ulsan High Speed bus terminal around 0.062, and around 22:30 on August 6, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones.

3. Around 04:00 on September 3, 2012, the Defendant issued E in front of the Defendant’s home located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-si, a psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug stroke-morm, and a drop-morm without compensation, about 15 weeks of psychotropic drug ingredients.
