The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

1. On June 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, etc. at the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 11, 2014.

A. On June 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) forged a private document; (b) was necessary to transfer the ownership of a used vehicle in connection with the purchase of a used vehicle; (c) was willing to open a mobile phone using a driver’s license in the name of the victim C; and (d) the Defendant was willing to open a mobile phone using a driver’s license in the name of the victim C on June 24, 2013, preparing a new contract for mobile telephone service in E located at Da 106 Da Da 106, stating that “A customer name C and F Government-si G 202,” and forged one copy of a new contract for mobile telephone service in C’s name for the purpose of signing and exercising a signature; (d) the Defendant, despite being aware of such forgery, issued a forged new contract to H as above, and exercised it as if it were a document that was duly formed.

2) The defrauded presented a forged service new contract at the same date, time, and place as above in the above paragraph (a) and, inasmuch as he had used a normally mobile phone, deceiving H to open a mobile phone in the name of the victim C, and let the victim impose a charge of KRW 438,500 on the victim by using a mobile phone, he/she acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.

B. On June 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) drafted a new contract for mobile telephone service in E at the time of the Government-based Do government-based Do Do Da 106 on June 27, 2013; (b) forged one copy of a new contract for mobile telephone service in the name of C for the purpose of signing and exercising the contract; and (c) forged one copy of the new contract for mobile telephone service in the name of C for the purpose of uttering; and (d) forged it to the owner of the business who is unaware of such forgery.
