The defendant is a substantial representative of the building executor B Co., Ltd.

When the Defendant purchased land in title trust C from C, the Defendant decided to pay the land price after completing multi-household housing on the relevant land.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On September 2016, the Defendant entered “D”, “G”, “G”, and “Seoul Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu HFI” in the column for requesting the applicant’s column in the column of “F, name (representative)” in the trade name column of the application form for business registration using a computer at the B office located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and sealed the seal of D, which was held in advance at the end.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising authority, forged the business operator registration application in the name of D, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant entered into the real estate lease agreement in the column of location of the real estate lease agreement by using a computer at the same time and place as the above paragraph (a) and entered and printed out the “Seoul Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu H lending I”, “D”, “G”, etc. in the lessee column, and affixed the seal of D in advance at the end.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged the real estate lease contract in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations without authority.

C. On April 24, 2017, the power of attorney: (a) the Defendant printed out by means of the computer from the B office located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, stating “D, mandatary (agent) A, and the said mandators delegate all the powers to the said mandatary (agent) regarding the terms of delegation as follows; and (b) the Defendant is “all the management of the buildings, such as sale in lots and lease in Ulsan-gu J, Ulsan-gu, U.S., and K apartment.”
