A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. At around 15:00 on August 17, 2014, the Defendant received approximately 0.2g of psychotropic drugs from E (the suspension of indictment on the same day) - Meteptoptop (the word “popon”; hereinafter referred to as “popon”) from E (the suspension of indictment) and received them free of charge, and immediately administered 0.1g of copon in a way that copons are loaded on the water.

B. At around 18:00 on August 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased the philopon on a philopon to E, using approximately 100,000 won in the name of the purchase price of the philopon; (b) sold the philopon to E; (c) immediately, within the Defendant’s car parked in the front parking lot of the Defendant’s residence located in the Gul Government City F, the Defendant administered the philopon by driving the philopon on the water.

C. At around 14:00 on August 22, 2014, the Defendant administered chophones by driving 0.1g of chophones discovered and possessed in G trucks in front of the residence of the Defendant, by driving them on the water.

2. Around August 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (marijujuries) smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana in tobacco in a parking lot in front of the residence of the above Defendant, and attaching a fire to smoke.
