A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

4. At the temporary border under the above 3.3., the Defendant administered a drug of the cloren car that was parked in the above “L” restaurant near the Defendant’s restaurant by drinking a drug of the cloren car purchased as stated in the above 3.

5. On February 1, 2016, the Defendant remitted the purchase price of 70,000,000 won to the national bank account in M’s name. From 21:30 on the same day to 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased a written envelope using document bags containing the non-fluoron volume ( around three minutes) from the Kwikset service article sent by the seller of opon from the Okset service located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.
