A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Forgery of the air;
A. On August 2016, the Defendant, around the end of August 2016, in order to exercise the front registration number plate from the police station on the grounds of the unpaid administrative fine at the Defendant’s house located in Daegu-gun Building C, for the purpose of using the front registration number plate for the reason of the failure to pay the administrative fine at the end of August 2016, the Defendant forged the registration number plate of an automobile, air air, by placing a paper A4 on the registration number plate, indicating theme of “D” with an annual pen, and then putting the paper on the top of the pen, and then attaching it on the top of the pen.
B. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed Category A4 on a forged vehicle registration number plate and forged the registration number plate of a motor vehicle, which is the air, in the same manner as the previous paragraph, for the purpose of exercising the registration number plate by keeping the registration number plate in custody, from the Defendant’s office on February 2, 2017, on the ground that the motor vehicle did not pay automobile tax at the Defendant’s office; and (b) forged the registration number plate of a motor vehicle, which is the air, in the same manner as the previous paragraph.
2. On February 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) forged the vehicle registration number plate as described in paragraph 1 at the front parking lot of the Daegu-gun Building C, Daegu, and then attached it to the number plate of the motor vehicle owned by the Defendant as if the registration number plate was duly formed; (b) operated the said motor vehicle from the front of the said C Building parking lot to the front of the food materials finished of the Daegu-gu Building on April 8, 2017.
Accordingly, the defendant exercised the car registration number plate, which is a forged air.
3. Around 04:30 on April 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven the said rocketing motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on the 15km section from the front of the said C Building parking lot to the front of the said C Building parking lot; and (b) around 04:50 on the same day from the front of the said C Building parking lot; and (c) around 22, Seogu-gu, Daegu-gu, Jincheon-ro, Daegu-ro; and
(i) the evidence;
