1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to KRW 331,791,241 and KRW 106,516,00 among them, Defendant B shall be from January 1, 2013 to April 8, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. Sales contract and option construction contract 1) The Plaintiff newly constructed the Plaintiff’s apartment in Jung-gu, Incheon (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

As to the Defendants, the sales contract in question (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the Defendants as follows.

(3) The Plaintiff paid KRW 10,00, KRW 100, KRW 300, KRW 100, KRW 100, KRW 400, KRW 3180,00 on November 5, 2009; KRW 2802, KRW 2802, KRW 331,540,00 on February 26, 2010; KRW 331,540,00 on April 4, 2009; KRW 106, KRW 100, KRW 300, KRW 106, KRW 300, KRW 106, KRW 400 on November 10, 209; KRW 30, KRW 106, KRW 300, KRW 106, KRW 4000 on June 16, 200 on each of the intermediate payment of KRW 331,540,00 on November 10, 2015.

The payment, balance, and each payment period of the Defendants stated in the instant sales contract shall be as follows:

3) In addition, the Defendants are the instant options construction contract with the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant options construction contract”) as follows.

(1) The Defendants, upon entering into the instant sales contract and the instant options contract, pay the remainder amount to the Plaintiff (on June 30, 2010, KRW 2,470,000, KRW 9,916,000 on June 30, 2010, KRW 2320,000 on May 30, 2010 and KRW 9,302,00,000 on June 4, 2010, KRW 470,00 KRW 9,916,00 on June 4, 2010, KRW 4 E E 2,320,00,000 on May 29, 2010, the Defendants delayed the payment of the remainder of the options for the instant sales contract and the instant options contract.
