A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violence;

A. 가. 피고인은 2015. 4. 중순 21:30경 피해자 J(여, 47세)이 종업원으로 근무하는 위 2.항 기재 ‘I주점’에서 불상의 손님들에게 “야 씹할 놈아 뭘 쳐다 봐”라고 욕설하면서 시비를 거는 등 약 1시간 동안 소란을 피워, 이에 놀란 손님들로 하여금 술값을 계산하지 못하고 밖으로 나가게 하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main role operation.
