A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the point of assault on April 22, 2016 and May 19, 2016.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2016 high group 1953;

A. At around 07:00 on April 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the victim E, an employee, to take out tobacco in the indoor area from the “D convenience store” located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (b) expressed a large voice so that he/she would be frighten; (c) the parents would be frighten; and (d) avoided the victim’s duties by force by avoiding disturbance for about one hour, including paying time expenses to the customers who find convenience points; (b) around 23:00 on April 20, 2016, the Defendant removed the victim’s duties from the “H store operated in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu, Seoul, with the victim’s “Iskh will die, she will die, she will do so”; and (c) she boomed his/her employee, she was frightd by assaulting the victim, she was unable to perform his/her duties by spreading the victim’s internal hand.

3) On April 21, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant sought again the “H key store” in the “H key store operated by the Victim G,” and obstructed the victim’s duties by force by avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes, such as “I sway gue,” and “I am sgue, I am sgue, I am sgue, I am.”

4) On April 22, 2016, at around 16:30 on April 22, 2016, the Defendant expressed a bath to other customers at the “K” restaurant operated by the victim J in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with the large volume “K,” and obstructed the victim’s duties by force by avoiding disturbances for about 30 minutes, such as spiting spiting, on the table. 5) around 19:00 on April 22, 2016, the Defendant demanded payment from the victim’s “N” house operated in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s duties by force for about 1 hour, including she takes a bath to other customers.”
