A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. A. On July 16, 2013, the Defendant was driving a EXE car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.122% at a section of about 3 km up to the front of the D stations located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, while driving the EXE car in the influence of alcohol content of about 0.122% in front of the D stations located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

B. At around 03:00 on July 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had the Defendant make a false statement to the effect that he had driven the said car while drinking alcohol; (b) had the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that he had driven the said car by asking B to conceal the fact that he driven the EXE car owned by his mother while drinking alcohol.

Therefore, the defendant made a false statement to the police officer who could not know the name called "B" around that time, and the defendant made a false statement to the police officer who operated the above vehicle at around 03:50 on the same day, at the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern Police Station Traffic Investigation Office located in Dong 1 Dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and at around 03:50 on the same day, submitted a false statement to the F.

As a result, the defendant instigated the above B to escape a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. Around 03:00 on July 16, 2013, Defendant B made a false statement to a police officer, who was unable to know that the Defendant driven the said car in front of the Dju station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, stating that the Defendant driven the said car in front of the Dju station. Around 03:50 on the same day, the Defendant submitted a false statement to the F with the same purport as the Defendant, at the traffic survey office of the Seoul Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and submitted a false statement.

As a result, the defendant, who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment, had the above A escape.
