Punishment of the crime

1. At around 16:00 on October 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) engaged in sexual traffic in the trade name “D” in the Defendant’s operation of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ctel 502; (b) engaged in sexual traffic women’s employees, and provided guidance to 502 rooms to receive KRW 120,000 in cash in return for sexual traffic; and (c) let the said female employees scam scam scam over the red sea scam and once sexual intercourse for 50 minutes from October 4, 2012 to the said date.

2. Defendant B received 80,000 won out of 120,000 won for sexual traffic from Nonparty B, a customer who wants sexual traffic, and 1.20,000 won for sexual traffic, and predicted E’s chest and her sexual organ, and performed sexual intercourse once for about 50 minutes, with the customer’s sexual organ covered with the Red Sea, and engaged in sexual intercourse.

3. On October 30, 2012, around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 120,000 from customers F in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ctel from customers; (b) assisted the Defendant to engage in sexual intercourse with G employed by the Defendant; and (c) engaged in several business activities, such as arranging sexual intercourses, by means of the said method under subparagraph 707 from October 12, 2012 to October 30, 2012.
