Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant B

A. The Defendants violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.), as married couple, operated G on the F2th floor in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, from October 2013 to November 23:17, 2013, received KRW 120,00 from many unspecified customers, and had them enter the said marina business place, and let them have sexual intercourse with their breast and sexual intercourse with their descendants, and received KRW 50,00 as a brokerage fee.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
