A Imprisonment for eight months and 7 million won, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, around September 4, 2015, leased heading 502, 516, and 522 of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Etel, and advertised two trade names such as “G” and “H” after employing B, C, and F as employees engaged in sexual traffic, and received money from the non-personal males and female employees, and operated sexual traffic establishments in such a way as having them to have sexual intercourse with male customers.

At around 17:00 on December 2, 2015, the Defendant received 180,000,000 won from the male guest J as a chemical agent, and caused B to take the sexual flag of J as a hand, and to have B do sexual intercourse once with the Red Sea cover.

Accordingly, the Defendant, from September 4, 2015 to December 2, 2015, arranged sexual traffic.

2. On December 2, 2015, the Defendant was employed by Defendant B, around 17:00, an officetel No. 522, and the Defendant received 180,000 won from male customers J as a chemical agent, and her sexual organ was fluored with the GJ’s sexual organ, and her sexual intercourse was covered and her Red Sea.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual traffic.

3.
