1. The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc.

On April 2, 2018, the Defendant decided to sell approximately KRW 1g of marijuana to E-dong N through M at an insular place, and around 15:49 on the same day, KRW 2.40,000 to an account in the name of the Defendant for sales proceeds of marijuana from N in the name of the Defendant for sales proceeds of marijuana.
