A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant used a cocar, and received and smokeed marijuana as follows:

1. On March 17, 2016, the Defendant ingcocar medication dump in Gangnam-gu (C or D) from around 23:00 to around 00:00 the following day, the Defendant dump to nose by using a ccocar’s dumc solution with the 12th floor malmp (C or D), E (e.g., “F”, “G”).

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with E and used Cocars.

2. On March 18, 2016, the Defendant of marijuana smoking around March 18, 2016: (a) having 0.5g of marijuana along with E in the date and place under paragraph (1); (b) having the nick, having the nick, having the nick; and (c) having the nick.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with E to smoke marijuana.

3. The Defendant, who received marijuana, received approximately one gram of marijuana from E at the time, time, and place specified in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant accepted marijuana.

4. On April 2016, the Defendant drank marijuana smoking in the middle of the year 2016, around 02:00 in the middle of April 2016, by mixing the fluoral quantity of marijuana received from E with the tobacco at the home of the Defendant in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, and the fluoral quantity of marijuana received from E as referred to in paragraph (3).

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

5. On April 2016, the Defendant smoking marijuana around the horse: (a) around April 2016, at the home of the said Defendant around the horse, smoked the hemp in the same manner as that of paragraph 4.

6. On May 2016, 2016, the Defendant smoked mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari (hereinafter “Shn”)

7. On September 28, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana smoking in the waiting room of the I club located in Paris on September 28, 2016 at Paris around 22:00, as set forth in paragraph (2), along with J (fran and male).

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with J, smoked marijuana.

8. On July 2020, the Defendant of marijuana smoking around July 12, 2020: Seoul Japan, Busan Shipping Daegu, and racing between July 12, 202 and July 21, 202.
