Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highly 41" Defendant A is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant: (a) received a request from a friendly job offering C to seek marijuana; and (b) sought to contact one-person D who was known to the usual sense, and sought to purchase marijuana as in C.

The Defendant, on September 20, 2016, around 20:0, received 200,000 won from C on the road after the F hotel located in Busan, Daegu E, for the said D, and received approximately 1g of marijuana from the said D.

The Defendant, in collusion with C, purchased marijuana.

B. At around 22:00 on the same day as paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.1g of the marijuana purchased in the Hmoto Daegu G in Busan, along with the foregoing paragraph (1), into a gambling room; (b) made the tobacco form, and fested and inhales the smoke with the foregoing C.

The Defendant, in collusion with C, smoked marijuana.

2. Defendant B is not a person handling narcotics. A.

At around 15:00 on the date of June 2017, the Defendant: (a) processed marijuana resin from K, which was located in the office of the Defendant of the Defendant of the Busan International Officetel Jho-gu, Busan, and received it from the Defendant since July 2, 2017. (b) The Defendant received it from the Defendant since July 2, 2017.

At around 22:00, the Defendant made a pipe using a pipe with L which became aware of the instant Officetel J, and then smokeed in a way that makes it possible to extend the pipe with L/W. 3) On October 22, 2017, at around 23:00, the Defendant received marijuana from the Defendant’s house of the Defendant of the Busan International Transportation-Mtel No. 23:00, with the Defendant’s consent that it would bring about marijuana stored in the Defendant’s house of the Defendant, and received marijuana in a way that would bring about the math in the Defendant’s bank located within the Defendant’s bank.
