Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From October 2018 to November 1, 2018, the Defendant accepted marijuana refers to “Sarithm Medithm” to D in Bona City B, and the sarithm sathm (a three-time medication) of marijuana.
Accordingly, the defendant accepted marijuana.
2. Around January 6, 2020, the Defendant, a residence of the Defendant, carried approximately 10.03 g of the hemp plant, which was discovered on the side of the Griju-gun Griju-gun, the end of November 2019, in a way that the Defendant carried approximately 10.03 g of the hemp plant, which was discovered on the back of the Griju-gun, Griju-gun, the end of November 201.
Accordingly, the defendant possessed marijuana for the purpose of smoking.
3. Smoking marijuana;
A. At around 23:00 on January 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant’s residence; (b) removed the paper of tobacco and the part of tobacco leaves, which the Defendant possessed as described in paragraph (2), and then made the mariana tobacco in the form of tobacco, by inserting the paper of tobacco and the part of tobacco leaves; and (c) made the mariana tobacco in the form of tobacco; and (d) smoke in the form of tobacco as soon as possible by attaching the fire.
B. At around 23:00 on January 4, 2020, the Defendant, at the residence of the Defendant as indicated in paragraph (2), smoked marijuana in a way that the Defendant, among marijuana kept as described in paragraph (2), putting in the paper of tobacco and the leaves of tobacco left after removing the paper of tobacco and the leaves of tobacco in the form of tobacco, made the “mariju tobacco” in the form of tobacco, and smoked in the form of tobacco as soon as possible.
C. At around 23:00 on January 5, 2020, the Defendant, at the residence of the Defendant as indicated in paragraph (2), smoked marijuana in a way that the Defendant, among marijuana kept as described in paragraph (2), putting in the paper of tobacco and the leaf part of tobacco remaining after removing the paper of tobacco and the leaf part of tobacco in the tobacco form, made the “mariju tobacco” in the form of tobacco, and smoked as soon as possible by attaching a fire.
