1. 2008.9.2.경부터 2009.5.23.경까지 위 ■김치에서, 부산 연제구 연산동에 있는 ★ 농산으로부터 중국산 배추김치 10kg들이 1,941 박스를 박스 당 8,000원 내지 9,500원에 구입한 다음 재포장작업을 하여 중국산 배추김치의 원산지표시를 배추(국산)로 허위 표시한 후 위 거래처에 박스 당 15,000원에 판매하고,

2. On or around April 11, 2009, from the trade in Busan-gu, Busan-do, China-China Kim & Kim 10kg purchased 260 gg of 260 g of 2.60 g of c. 260 g of c. c. c. c. c. b. c. c. c. c. c. 15,000 won per c. c. c. c. c. to the above transaction;

3. On or around April 13, 2009, from the companies located in the Dong-dong, Busan, China-China Kim & Kim 10kg purchase 59 ggs for 8,000 to 9,200 won per gambling room, then re-packaged work, marked the country of origin of Chinese Chinese gimchi and sold in 15,000 won per gambling room to the above business parties;

4. Around April 19, 2009, from a company with no knowledge of the trade name in the Dong-dong, Busan-dong, China-China Kim & Kim 10kg purchased 70 gambling from 9,000 won per gambling, and then re-packageded the indication of the origin of China-China Kim & Kim 15,00 won per gambling.
