A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On March 19, 2014, at around 23:40, the Defendant: (a) conducted an investigation into the case of violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Gwangju Northern Police Station located in Seo-gu, Gwangju on March 20, 2014, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (b) had the Gwangju Northern Police Station enter into an investigation into the case; (c) had the Defendant engage as F; (d) had the police officer belonging to the Gwangju Northern Police Station enter into an investigation into the case of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violence, etc. (collective, Deadly Weapons, etc.); (d) had the police officer belonging to the Gwangju Northern Police Station enter into an inspection color, using the screen machinery to the effect that “E first flish the cooling at the D restaurant, and caused him to make a report on the said restaurant, and again visited the said restaurant to the effect that he again submitted his signature to the said G document to the effect that he had his authority exercised the document “F” under the name and present the document.

B. Around March 28, 2014, the Defendant, at the office of a certified judicial scrivener having no knowledge of the trade name in the Dong-dong-dong-gu, Gwangju, forged one copy of a written agreement under the name of F, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations without authority, for the purpose of exercising by sealing the F’s seal which was signed and arbitrarily adhered to, and affixed to, the name of F, which is a private document concerning the rights and obligations, at the bottom of the written agreement, prepared by the said certified judicial scrivener at the office of a certified judicial scrivener with no knowledge of the trade name in the Dong-dong-dong-dong-gu, Gwangju, and exercised it by allowing the employees of the public service center of the Gwangju District public prosecutor’s office who is aware of the fact, to submit
