A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 10, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Gwangju District Court to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and completed the execution of the sentence on July 24, 201.
1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. On March 3, 2012, the Defendant entered “F, Gwangju North-gu G” and “F” in the customer information column in the “application form for new entry into the e-mail located in Gwangju Northern-gu, without authority, for the purpose of exercising, at the E-agency operated by D, the Defendant forged one copy of the application form for new entry into the victim F in the name of the victim F, which is a private document related to the rights and obligations, and issued the forged application form to D, who is unaware of the fact of the immediately forgery, as if established.
B. On May 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the SK Telecom Port Agency operated by the Plaintiff located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant, without authority, forged one copy of a new service contract under the name of the victim K, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, such as entering “K, Gwangju Northern-gu G”, and “K” into the customer information column of the “new service contract according to life,” which was kept therefor without authority for the purpose of exercising the right; and (b) issued the forged new service contract to the Plaintiff, who is aware of the forged circumstances, as seen above, as if the new service contract was duly concluded.
C. On May 9, 2012, the Defendant, without authority, forged one copy of a new service contract in the name of victim O, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, such as entering “O” and “P” in the name column of “new service contract” kept therein for the purpose of exercising the term in the Ncom operated by the Ncom operated by Gwangju North-gu L, Gwangju, and entered the forged new contract into genuinely with M who knew of the forged circumstances.
