Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) at the Busan District Court on March 25, 2017. On January 11, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of assault, etc. at the same court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 19, 2019.

[2018 Highest 2422] On May 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on May 23, 2018, in front of the Busan subway Station No. 8, the Busan East-gu, the Busan East-gu, performed alcohol together with the victim B (the age of 48) on the ground that the Defendant did not drink but did not drink, and (b) had the victim's head head part on drinking, and (c) had the victim's back head part on the number of days of treatment.

[2018 Highest 5875] The Defendant and D jointly followed from around 20:30 on November 21, 2018 to 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant and D interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force by ordering the victim F of the victim in Busan Jung-gu to sell food at the same place, and selling the food at the same place of Busan Jung-gu, and selling the food at the same time, and selling the food at a large amount of time after drinking. The Defendant and D failed to enter the above restaurant by avoiding the disturbance, and thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.
